One hour, or three. Recovery from injury or recovery from the week. The practice draws from Thai tradition, Chinese reflexology, Swedish technique. Not as fusion, but as depth.
At its height, Bodytune ran across five locations in multiple countries. Then it made the harder choice: to pull back, refine, and evolve into something more complete. The Asoke location is the fullest expression of that evolution. The traditional massage menu sits alongside physiotherapy, ice bath therapy, sauna, and advanced recovery technology. The oils are blended in-house. The herbal compresses are sourced with care.
Twenty-five years of refinement means the choreography of each treatment is consistent without being mechanical. Guests who have been coming for a decade and first-time visitors receive the same standard of care, because that standard is built into the practice rather than dependent on the individual therapist’s mood.
